About This Programme
6 Months certificate module which consist of 3 months on campus followed by 3 months internship in country.
This course is designed to provide the knowledge, skills and attitudes of an individual to become competent as Housekeeper in accordance with industry standards. Upon completion of this course the graduates will be able to work in Tourism & Hospitality industries and other relevant organizations where they can perform services like providing room services to guest, provide laundry services and provide cleaning services

- Inventory Management - Track housekeeping supplies, manage par stock levels, and control wastage.
- Quality Inspection - Conduct room inspections, identify deficiencies, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Health & Safety - Practice Occupational Health and Safety procedures including proper chemical handling.
