About This Programme
In this Course, trainees will acquire the basic skills required to be operational in a restaurant, which will be reinforced by the 3-month internship in country.
This course is designed to provide the knowledge, skills and attitudes of an individual to become competent as Food and Beverage Associate in accordance with industry standards. Upon completion of this course the graduates will be able to work in Tourism & Hospitality industries and other relevant organizations where they can perform services like providing restaurant and banquet food services, provide in-room dining services, prepare beverages and perform post service activities.
