- Food & Beverage Services: includes service techniques, food and beverage knowledge, barista, hygiene, calculation and customer care.
- Food Production: includes classes of kitchen knowledge, food knowledge, practical for multi cuisine, food cost, hygiene, menu planning and customer care.
- Housekeeping: includes classes for housekeeping techniques, laundry techniques, public area techniques, hygiene, customer care and calculation.
- Front office: includes front office operation techniques, communication, guest services, telephone operation, finance and cashiering, situation handling and so on.
- Hotel Administration: includes classes for managing general task such as accounting, marketing and sales, Human resources, hotel activities and so on.
