FOOD PRODUCTION : National Certificate (NC)
Level - II

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is designed to provide the knowledge, skills and attitudes of an individual to become competent as Food Production Associate in accordance with industry standards. Upon completion of this course, the graduates will be able to work in Tourism and Hospitality industry and other relevant organizations where they can perform services like preparing stock, sauces, appetizers, starch items, vegetable items and breakfast items.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE : National Certificate (NC) Level II

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is designed to provide the knowledge, skills and attitudes of an individual to become competent as Food and Beverage Associate in accordance with industry standards. Upon completion of this course the graduates will be able to work in Tourism and Hospitality industry and relevant organizations where they can perform services like providing food and in-room dining services.

FRONT OFFICE : National Certificate (NC)
Level - II

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is designed to provide the knowledge, skills and attitudes of an individual to become competent as Front Office Associate in accordance with industry standards. Upon completion of this course, the graduates will be able to work in hotels where they can perform services like preparing concierge services and providing reception and accommodation services.

HOUSEKEEPING : National Certificate (NC) Level II

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is designed to provide the knowledge, skills and attitudes of an individual to become competent as Housekeeper in accordance with industry standards. Upon completion of this course the graduates will be able to work in Tourism & Hospitality industries and other relevant organizations where they can perform services like providing concierge, guest room and laundry services.
